Introduction of Adjustment Costs in the Gamma Model

The modelling of the firm sector in the Gamma model is described in Draper and Armstrong (2007).

This memorandum discusses the extensions in the 2010-version which is used to assess the sustainability of Dutch government finances (van der Horst et al. (2010)).
