De Europese Centrale Bank (ECB) kan er door geloofwaardig beleid voor zorgen dat de inflatieverwachtingen voor de middellange termijn in de eurozone stabiel rond de 2% zijn. Daarbij is er ruimte voor loonstijgingen in Nederland.
