Road pricing in the Netherlands; a second-opinion

This study evaluates two proposed variants of road pricing in the urbanized part of the Netherlands.

The evalution is mainly based on two studies, ie. traffic effect computations and a cost-benefit analysis. The study concludes that major effects on congestion can be expected, but also recommends to consider some alterations of the design of the proposed system.
