Daarmee vervalt de impliciete overdracht van jongere naar oudere werkenden. Een meer actuarieel fair systeem waarbij premie en opbouw bij elkaar aansluiten, past bij een dynamische arbeidsmarkt en vergemakkelijkt in de toekomst maatwerk en keuze bij de inleg. →
